Philip and Sebastiaan lose control of the situation when Philip is doing everything he can just to be able to...。阿狄（谭耀文 饰）和阿祖（陈小春 饰）是从小玩到大的好友，彼此之间友谊十分深厚。长大之后，两人均加入了黑社会组织，为老大卖命。在一次刺杀行动中，阿狄和阿祖一伙人遭到了警方的伏击，阿狄逃出生天，阿祖却被抓获沦为阶下囚。 在监狱里，阿祖深刻的反省了自己之前的所作所为，洗心革面，决定做个好人。出狱后，凭借着在狱中学习到的一手好厨艺，阿祖成为了一名厨师，并且结识了名为阿珊（应采儿 饰）的女子。美丽的阿珊很快就吸引了阿祖的注意，使阿祖坠入了爱河，与此同时，已经成为帮派骨干的阿狄找到了阿祖，希望他能够再度和自己并肩作战。。
