晏菲路利物浦纪念中学的中四E班擅自把代课老师激走，班主任鲁媚找来青梅竹马但现为古惑仔的张英帮忙。他的古怪教法虽令学生重拾读书兴趣，但也为学校增添不少烦恼。后来学校传出删班的消息，中四E班成开刀对象，众人恢复昔日模样，采取放弃态度。张英苦劝不果更惨被赶走，这次则要看张英及鲁媚如何扭转局势……。该节目为《强心脏》续作，将会搜集时下韩国关注的热门明星话题，或是人们好奇的话题，欲展现比《强心脏》更强势的故事，同样会让观众参与投票选择谁是当集「强心脏」。不同的是，《强心脏联盟》将会分成2队，各队挑战者们会透过「缩图」（预览图）说故事展开对决！。Five years ago, a tear in the fabric of reality brought creatures to our world from an alternate dimension bent on our destruction.
