The story follows Noree, the granddaughter of the city's number one matchmaker, Grandma Thaep, who has to find a partner for Khun Rit, aka Phra Ritthirongranyuth, the head of the police department. The nomads' periodic visitations。由于大和号在冥王星一役的英勇表现，终于解除了游星炸弹对地球长期以来的威胁，但也因此引起了加米拉斯帝国大总统德斯拉的注意。脱离了太阳系之后，大和号一路朝着伊斯坎达尔快速前进，却在途中遭遇德斯拉机雷防卫线的阻挠。面对如此庞大的雷区，冲田舰长决定利用机雷布署的间隔直接穿越雷区以节省时间，不料机雷群却悄悄地缩小间隔并团团围住大和号，令大和号陷入动弹不得的险境之中…… 大和号以地球与大麦哲伦星云的中间点「巴朗星」为目标努力前进，然而加米拉斯帝国的常胜将军多梅尔却早已在该星域布下重兵以逸待劳。擅于谋略的多梅尔利用巴朗星上的加米拉斯基地为饵，一方面诱使大和号全力向该基地进攻，一方面趁隙遥控绕行于巴朗星轨道上的人工太阳坠落直击大和号。大和号发现此事后随即调头180度企图以波动炮击毁人工太阳，但一切似乎已经太晚了……。
