海关督察MINNIE发现大批毒品运抵香港，率众侦查。想不到毒贩“冰后”拥有重型军机，伤亡惨重。飞虎队队长DOR奉召到场支持，指挥官段SIR成立项目小群组。DOR指海关没有应付悍匪的能力，MINNIE认为受到歧视，锲而不舍地追查，再遭毒贩重创...。An old friend of a private detective is murdered.
